Do I need to know which service I want before reaching out?

No. "Not sure yet" is a completely valid answer in the form. Most enquiries start with a problem, not a product choice. The discovery call is specifically for working that out together.

How quickly do you typically respond?

Within two business days for enquiry forms. Discovery calls are scheduled via the booking link and are usually available within a week.

Do you work with brands outside Australia?

Yes, where the fit is right. Most of my clients are AU/NZ-based, but I've worked with brands across the UK and Southeast Asia. Time zones are manageable when the brief is clear.

Do you work with agencies or just direct clients?

Both. I have a number of agency relationships where I come in as a specialist on specific client accounts. If you're an agency looking for CRM depth without adding a full-time hire, that's a common way to work together.

What's the typical timeframe for getting started?

It depends on current availability. Audit projects can usually be scheduled within two to four weeks of an enquiry. Retainer spots open less frequently — the enquiry form is the best way to find out what's current.
