Eastwick is my practice. There's no layer of account managers moving your work between departments — I'm the person who picks it up, learns your stack, and sees it through.

Most engagements start with an audit: a fixed-scope review that shows a brand exactly where it stands and what to address first. Some take the roadmap and run it themselves. Others stay on. Both are fine.

When something genuinely needs a specialist beyond my scope — a developer, a paid operator, a creative — I bring in trusted people from my network. You always know whose hands are on your account.
